Zukunft Wohnen or the future of living 
 

The Zander-Group with its headquarter in Essen ordered the event agency ID+MA with the realisation of their biggest in-house exhibition in which had to be combined with a customer-gala.  As a location the Landschaftspark Duisburg Nord was chosen. 150 brand exhibitors presented their recent products with an own promotional area. ID+MA was responsible for the logistical planning as well as for the allocation of each exhibition-stand. Moreover the even agency planned and constructed the complete infrastructure and energy supply. The closing ceremony in the form of a gala for 1500 guests was a chance to present a new customer retention emotionally. A decommissioned area was chosen for the event location. The missing infrastructure and additional logistical demands had to be accomplished. Temporary event buildings in the form of a concert marquee was constructed and completed within three days. The interior fittings of this marquee conformed to the theme and to the aims of the event. Our unit construction was responsible for this project.

The management of this event is an exemplar for our trainees since that time.
